Bobby Barr could be heading to West Lothian if a deal can be agreed with Albion Rovers.

Albion Rovers winger Bobby Barr looks to be heading to Livingston on a full time contract. He had the chance to join Brechin City but decided Third Division leaders Livingston was a better option. Last season’s Third Division Player of the Year, Barr was loaned out to Jim Duffy’s side in November after a series of rows with the Coatbridge management pairing of Paul Martin and Todd Lumsden.

Martin confirmed that the sides are discussing a move. He said: "Despite Bobby’s behaviour towards the end of his time with us we said we would help him find a club and would not stand in his way especially if he was offered full time football. If the move to one of our competitors goes ahead it shows that we were true to our word. Although there was a fall out at the end of Bobby’s time here, his performances during his first season here were really good."
