Soccerworld has been a godsend to clubs with frozen training assets.
|
The Soccerworld indoor football centre at Junction 11 of the M8 in Glasgow has made a number of friends in the professional game. The recently opened centre with a third generation artificial surface has welcomed a host of clubs from the West of Scotland including Albion Rovers, Airdrie United, Stranraer, Hamilton Accies, Kilmarnock, Alloa and Partick Thistle to use the facilities for training. Centre manager Iain McDermott was alive to the opportunity the freezing conditions provided and arranged to open up on New Years Day and January 2 to help some clubs out. |
