Norway do not think that Scotland are out of the race for South Africa yet.

Norway full-back John Arne Riise still thinks there will plenty more twists and turns to come in the race to qualify for the World Cup in South Africa following the goalless draw at Hampden. While many have predicted that the fact that Scotland have just four points from their opening three group games, Riise insists nothing has been decided yet and there is a lot to play for. The Roma player felt the outcome was a fair result on balance and discounted claims that Scotland have left themselves too much to do in their quest to qualify. The former Liverpool defender said: "They are ahead of us at the moment. We have a tough game against Holland on Wednesday. After that game, we will have all played three games - so we will see what it's like then. We don't have to get a result against Holland, but obviously it would help our qualification prospects. I think there are going to be a few upsets before this group is finished, and I hope there will be one on Wednesday."

Riise had been relishing the opportunity to sample the '
Hampden Roar' once again and insists the atmosphere created by 51,000 fans did not disappoint. Riise played in the 2004 game at the same venue and said: "It was unbelievable. When we waited at the start of the second half for the Scots to come out, I was almost singing with the supporters. The boys enjoyed themselves - it was fantastic. The support this Scottish team gets is unbelievable, and we look forward to coming back again."
