Peter Grant was a determined player and it looks as if he has not lost that determination as a manager.

Peter Grant is not willing to give up hope of signing Celtic keeper David Marshall for Norwich. The club have already made a bid which was rejected, but Grant is not one to give up easily. Marshall is now fully recovered from the ankle ligament injury picked up while on loan at Carrow Road last season and now Grant wants the keeper signed on a permanent basis.

Grant said: "
I would like to bring David to Carrow Road and I think he would go on to be an excellent goalkeeper for Norwich City. But we had an offer rejected by Celtic who are in a position of strength. We are disappointed not to be moving that situation forward but I will not give up on that. We are looking to get players in and we have made a lot of enquiries."
